Selected grapes enter the Fruit Surfing Washing Machine. This equipment uses tumbling water flow to gently scour the grape surface, thoroughly removing dust and residues while avoiding mechanical damage. It can be combined with a disinfectant solution soak, followed by a water spray rinse.

Grape Destemmer
Grape stems contain high levels of tannins and bitter compounds and must be removed. The AGICO Grape Destemmer utilizes eccentric, adjustable destemming blades. The rotation speed can be flexibly adjusted based on the grape variety, efficiently removing stems while maximizing berry integrity. The sieve drum is made from nylon or stainless steel, resistant to acids, alkalis, and corrosion, ensuring hygiene and safety. The crushing rollers are made from high-elasticity, non-toxic rubber, causing minimal damage to the pulp.

Destemmed grapes are fed into the Double Screw Grape Crusher, the core equipment for juice extraction. This equipment uses a low-speed squeezing principle with adjustable pressure and gaps, efficiently separating juice from skins and seeds while ensuring juice clarity. All contact parts are made of SUS304 stainless steel. It is suitable not only for fresh grapes but also for fermented grape mash.

- Filtration and Clarification: Pressed juice contains pomace and requires fine filtration using plate-and-frame filters or diatomaceous earth filters. For products needing long-term stability, our process includes a gelatin-tannin clarification method, allowing sedimentation at 8-12°C to eventually obtain bright, clear juice.
- UHT Sterilizer: To preserve the fresh nutrients of the juice, we recommend using a plate UHT sterilizer for high-temperature short-time sterilization (e.g., 90°C for 30 seconds), followed by rapid cooling before filling.
- Aseptic Filling: Options include hot filling (85°C) or aseptic cold filling, ensuring the product is sealed under sterile conditions to extend shelf life.
