Features of Electric Coconut Meat Grinder Machine
- High-Capacity Processing: Processes 1 to 3 tons of coconut meat per hour for continuous, large-scale production.
- Food-Grade 304 Stainless Steel: All material-contact parts are made of corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel, meeting hygiene standards and simplifying cleaning.
- Adjustable Particle Size: A mechanically adjustable grinding gap allows precise control over the fineness of the ground coconut meat.
- Multi-Purpose Use: Capable of grinding coconut meat and other fibrous materials, including ginger, garlic, and celery.
- Production Line Integration: Engineered for integration with complete coconut processing lines, connecting to equipment such as coconut peelers and screw juicers.
- Efficient Grinding System: Utilizes a high-speed, serrated rotor design to cut and grind coconut meat into uniform particles efficiently.
Structure of Coconut Meat Grinder Machine
Contact us for product catalog- Feeding Hopper: A conical structure with flow guide ribs on the inner wall ensures smooth and even material entry into the grinding chamber.
- Serrated Blades: Manufactured from 1Cr13 material, known for its high hardness and toughness, these blades perform the primary cutting and grinding of the coconut meat.
- Rotating Disc (Grinding Disc): The core high-speed rotating component that generates centrifugal force to throw material towards the blade area.
- Fixed Disc (Stator): A stationary part that, together with the rotating disc, forms the grinding gap and guides material flow.
- Main Machine Frame: A sturdy support structure that carries all core components, ensuring stable operation.
- Bearing Assembly: Supports the rotor's main shaft, ensuring smooth, low-resistance rotation and reducing wear.
- Drive System: Consists of an electric motor and a belt transmission, providing power to the grinding disc.
- Discharge Hopper: The final outlet for the ground material.
Working Process
- Feeding: Pre-processed coconut meat is fed into the conical hopper. The internal guide ribs direct it into the grinding chamber in an orderly manner.
- Grinding: The motor drives the grinding disc, mounted on a splined shaft, to rotate at high speed via the belt drive system. Centrifugal force throws the coconut meat into the grinding zone between the rotating and fixed discs, where the high-speed serrated blades repeatedly cut and pulverize it.
- Discharge: Coconut particles that have reached the target size are discharged from the grinding chamber through the discharge hopper under gravity and the push of subsequent material, ready for the next process stage.

Finished ProductApplication
Primarily used for grinding fresh or pre-processed coconut meat. This grinding machine can also process various root, tuber, and fruit/vegetable materials such as potatoes, cassava, carrots, ginger, and chili peppers, suitable for the processing of sauces, pastes, and similar food products.
Installation, Operation, and Maintenance Guide
Install on a level concrete foundation, level and secure after alignment.
Check that the motor rotation direction matches the indicated direction before starting.
Continuous feeding and discharging production is possible.
Cut off power after shutdown and clean the inside and outside of the equipment.
Regularly add lubricating grease to the bearing housing. Inspect and replace rotor blades if discharge particle size becomes uneven.
