installation and debugging for CIPCIP cleaning system adopts high temperature and high concentration cleaning liquid to wash the food surface.
There are acid tank, alkali tank and water tank manufactured by  stainless steel, which set with an insulation layer. Feed pump entrance is connected with the bottom of three tanks and controlled by the electromagnetic valve. The outlet is connected with the upper entrance of three tanks and controlled by the electromagnetic valve. A sewage outlet is arranged on the lower part of each storage tank and the tank is provided with a thermometer and a liquid level display device. There is a section used for preparation of cleaning agent in the top of tank. The tank is also provided with a vent pipe to discharge exhaust gas.

Installation and debugging  

  1. There are pickling, alkali washing and washing tanks placing on the ground floor of the workshop in a straight line. Correct the perpendicularity of per tank and the level of centrifugal pump. Distributor needs foundation bolt to be reinforced.
  2. A drainage ditch is arranged in the vicinity of the cleaning equipment and the sewage outlet of the equipment is connected with the water outlet.
  3. Connect the device with the pump pipe, the water pipe, steam pipe, then connect the steam condensate equipment.
  4. Install every tank’s thermometer, liquid level meter and all kinds of instruments components. When installation, according to the implementation of the instructions for the use of the product.

  • Clean the equipment before use.
  • Starting power supply.
  • Prepare cleaning solution and verify its concentration in the acid tank and lye tank. Irrigation water in the tank to maintain the volume of liquid is in the full volume of about 80%.
  • Correct the accuracy of the instrument. According to the process requirements, adjust the control point value.
  • According to the requirements of the cleansing process, set continuous cleaning time of acid, alkali and water.
  • Connect the distributor to the equipment to be cleaned or pipeline system to be cleaned.

  • Detection of lye, acid concentration and add the necessary acid, alkali according to the detection value.
  • Equipment lubrication: motor should be maintained regularly in accordance with the lubrication requirements of the motor manufacturing plant.

  • Acid and alkali in the tank should be drained when the device is out of service. What’s more, carry out a comprehensive cleaning work.
  • When the cleaning solution is used for a long time, it should be updated to ensure the cleaning effect. Generally speaking, the prepared cleaning fluid is used to clean the equipment pipes for only once.
